Refund Policy — MindForge

MindForge is operated by Kimberley Williams.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer a limited refund window of 14 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a refund, your account must meet all of the following conditions at the time of the request:

No more than 1 document has been uploaded to your account
No quizzes have been started or completed
The MindForge AI assistant has not been used or interacted with
The refund request is submitted within 14 days of your original purchase date

Accounts that show any meaningful use of the platform beyond the conditions above are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the reason provided.

2. How to Request a Refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all returns. To request a refund:

Visit paddle.net and look up your order, or
Contact us through the in-app Support page and we will help process your request with Paddle.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in any of the following situations:

The account has uploaded more than 1 document
Any quiz has been started, partially completed, or fully completed
The MindForge AI has been accessed or queried
The 14-day refund window has passed
The request is made on a renewed or subsequent billing cycle

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current active billing period. Your access will continue until the end of the paid period.

5. Exceptions

Refunds outside of the above policy may only be considered in cases of verified technical failure on our end that prevented access to the platform for an extended period. These are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at MindForge's sole discretion.
